We Matter Now is a collective impact initiative for young men of color to have pathways to opportunity. Rather than provide services alone three BIPOC male-led nonprofits, Young Money Finances and Better Wiser Stronger have joined forces to create a mission that coordinates services to empower our at potential boys and young men of color (BYMOC) and equip them with the necessary tools to close the educational, wellness, and the financial achievement gap.

Our approach is to address and reduce challenges/barriers that prevent them from obtaining access to workforce development programs, financial education, reduction of juvenile/adult violence and detention, navigation through fatherhood and positive mentorship. This initiative will reflect the importance of seeing positive black male leadership creating change in our community.
